RETURN POLICY: Every Sofatopia mattress comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your new Sofatopia mattress for any reason, you may return it under the following instructions. Please note that the mattress can not be damaged in any way or the return will be denied and no refund will be given.

If you need to return your Sofatopia Mattress within the 30 Day Trial period please follow the instructions below:

1. Call 423-282-1998 for a return authorization number

2. Re-box the mattress in the original shipping box that you received it in.

3. Write your name, address, and phone number clearly on the outside of the box.

3. Send the mattress freight prepaid to the following address

4.  After the mattress is received, inspected and approved for return, a credit for the original purchase price of the mattress will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase minus a $69 re-stocking charge. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to re-package and arrange shipment (including all shipping charges) of the returned mattress.
